True wisdom is theme of spring revival at Calvary Baptist

Ballard Vale Calvary Baptist, 13 Ashland St., Haverhill: True Wisdom, taken from Proverb 3:3-6, is the theme of the Spring Revival, Wednesday through Friday, 7 p.m. Guest ministers are the reverends Lewis Floyd of Third Baptist Church in Lawrence, Neil Pearson of St. John Baptist in Woburn, and Arthur Hilson of New Hope Baptist in Portsmouth, N.H.

Christ Church, 25 Central St., Andover: The church's St. Cecilia Choristers and the Junior Choir of All Saints' Episcopal Church, Chelmsford, sing in Spanish portions of a Mass for Children by composer Francisco Nunez, tomorrow at the 10 a.m. service.

Also tomorrow at 4 p.m., Morgenmusik Chamber Brass and the Phil Swanson Jazz Trio perform Easter music.

Mary, Queen of Peace, 200 Lawrence St., Salem, N.H.: The most Rev. John McCormack leads the rite of confirmation tomorrow, 5 p.m. McCormack is bishop of the Diocese of Manchester, N.H.

Merrimack College, 315 Turnpike St., North Andover: Rabbi Robert Goldstein of Temple Emanuel of Andover presides over the Passover model Seder, April 15, 2 to 3:30 p.m. in Cascia Hall.

Holocaust Memorial Day is commemorated April 30 and May 1.

"The Courage to Remember: The Holocaust 1933-1945," a traveling exhibit on the Nazi Holocaust, will be on display April 30, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and May 1, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the Sakowich Campus Center.

Also on May 1, Goldstein recites prayers in remembrance of victims of the Holocaust from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in Cascia Hall. Goldstein is accompanied by Monica Steele and Idan Irelander.
