Methuen High School students and adults involved in Merrimack Valley Dream Factory held a dinner-dance fundraiser at the French Social Club in Lawrence on the weekend. Among the guests was Samantha Lee, right front, 12, whose wish for a hot tub will be granted soon. Other guests included, from left, Tamara Melendez and Sydney Valentino, both 16, Ann Winn, founder of Dream Factory, Samantha's sisters — Alison, 18, also president of the Methuen High Dream Factory Club, and Stephanie, 16 — and James Carey, 18.
