St. Michael hosts memorial Mass for fire fighters

All Saints, 120 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill: Informational session on the annulment process of the Catholic church is June 19 at 7 p.m.

Chabad Lubavitch, Jewish Center of Merrimack Valley, 310 N. Main Street, Andover: Learn Talmud, Kabbalah, tomorrow, 10:30 p.m.Three days events on receiving of the Torah, Monday, 6:30 p.m. including a wine and cheese tasting, an all-night study session, morning services with a reading of the Ten Commandments followed by a Dairy Kiddush, and Yizkor Memorial Services. Cost is $18 per person.

Congregation Beth Israel, 501 S. Main St., Andover: Car wash fund-raiser and BBQ annual meeting is tomorrow. The car wash runs from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and cost is $10 per car.

On June 13, the synagogue hosts a summer kick-off community picnic and services beginning at 6:15 p.m. Cost is $20 adult, $12 child, or $60 per family. Call 978-474-0540 for reservations.

First Church of Christ, 10 Church St., Bradford: Pastor Fred Atwood-Lyon leads a study on "What I Have Always Wanted to Know About the Bible," on the third and fourth Thursday of the month beginning June 19, at 5:30 p.m. through the summer.

Franciscan Center, 459 River Road, Andover: Novena to St. Anthony of Padua ends Tuesday with Mass at 7 p.m., distribution of St. Anthony's bread, prayers and blessings with the relic of St. Anthony.

Day of prayer with the Rev. Roland Petinge, June 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $35 and includes breakfast and lunch.

Mary, Queen of Peace, 200 Lawrence Road, Salem, N.H.: Open house to honor Sister Rachel Jette for her 18 years services at the church, tomorrow from 2 to 5 p.m.

St. Mary of the Assumption, 300 Haverhill St., Lawrence: The Rev. Albert MacPherson leads healing Mass June 16 at 7:30 p.m.

St. Michael, 196 Main St., North Andover: Firefighter memorial Mass is tomorrow at 7:30 a.m.

St. Monica, 212 Lawrence St., Methuen: Parishioners meet the Rev. Patrick Armano after Mass today at 4 p.m. and tomorrow at 7:30, 9:30 and 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Armano, 30, a Methuen native, was ordained in 2003. He will be co-pastor with the Rev. James Clark.

"Thy Kingdom Come," a day of recollection for women is June 21 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Day includes recitation of the rosary, Mass, meditation by the Rev. Gregory Woodward and reflection. The sacrament of reconciliation will also be offered.

The LifeTeen ministry hosts pizza and prayer Mondays from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Temple Emanuel, 7 Haggetts Pond Road, Andover: Joshua Rubenstein discusses his book, "The Unknown Black Book: The Holocaust in the Geramhn-Occupied Soviet Territories," tomorrow at 10 a.m.

Unitarian Universalist, 16 Kenoza Ave., Haverhill: Farewell dinner for the Rev. Judy Smith-Valley is June 14 at 5 p.m. She has served as interim pastor for the past two years. The Rev. Frank Clarkson is new pastor.
