LAWRENCE — A motorcyclist is recovering after a Thursday morning accident on the ramp from Interstate 495 south to Marston Street.
The crash happened at 7:20 a.m. Rescue crews transported Richard Robbins Jr., 46, of East Hampstead, N.H., to Lawrence General Hospital. Robbins was riding a 1993 Harley-Davidson Sportster, said state police Lt. Eric Anderson.
The driver of a 1998 Ford Expedition involved in the crash, William Holt, 44, of Merrimac, was cited, but Anderson didn't have information saying what he was cited for or what his specific involvement was. Holt was not injured, Anderson said.
