Question 3

Asks whether all dog racing in Massachusetts where any form of betting or wagering on the speed or ability of dogs occurs should be prohibited.

Question 4 (18th Essex District only)

A nonbinding question that asks whether the state representative for this district should vote to distribute $450 million from the state's "rainy day'' stabilization fund to communities across the state for residential propery tax relief.
