Schedule of area holiday parades

Andover: Sunday, Nov. 30, at noon. The 53rd annual Andover Firefighters Holiday Parade steps off on Whittier Street and proceeds to Elm and Main streets to Punchard Avenue and Bartlet Street. It lasts two hours. Rain date is Dec. 7.

Derry, N.H.: Saturday, Nov. 29, at 1 p.m. Parade steps off from Adams Memorial Opera House on Broadway (Route 102) and proceeds to Crystal Avenue to Hood Commons.

Hampstead, N.H.: Sunday, Dec. 14, at 2 p.m., starting on Holiday Lane.

Haverhill: Today at 1 p.m. The 44th annual VFW Santa Parade will be on Route 125, from Bradford fire station to the VFW post at 64 Kenoza Ave. It lasts two hours.

North Andover: Saturday, Nov. 29, at noon. Parade steps off from North Andover Middle School and follows Main Street, ending at Sutton Street.

Salem, N.H.: Sunday, Nov. 30, at 1 p.m. Parade on Route 97 (Main Street) from Cisco Systems to Salem High on Geremonty Drive. Viewing stand will be at Woodbury Junior High.
