  <description>ANDOVER  and mdash; William Pfeil of Andover died while driving north on Interstate 495 near Exit 31 in Littleton today, state police said in a press release issued tonight.
The single-vehicle crash happened about 2:45 p.m. Preliminary investigation by Trooper Russell Phippen indicates that 25-year-old Pfeil was driving a 2009 Kia Rio in the breakdown lane when he lost control. The car struck a message board on the right shoulder of the road and rolled over before hitting the guardrail adjacent to the breakdown lane, state police said in the release.</description>
