HAVERHILL — A Haverhill chiropractor has been reindicted on fraud and conspiracy charges following an investigation by the state Attorney General's Office.
Dr. Troy Wheelwright, of River Front Drive, Amesbury, pleaded not guilty Thursday to three counts of filing false motor vehicle insurance claims and three counts of conspiracy in Salem Superior Court. He is the owner of Haverhill Family Chiropractic at 606 Broadway.....more>>
