Home, car damaged in Haverhill

HAVERHILL — A woman told police someone broke the porch light of her Arlington Street home and smashed the rear window of her car.

Police said the damage to the light and to the rear window of the 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser appeared to have been caused by a shot from a BB or pellet gun.

Officers checked the area but found no witnesses, police said.

The damage was reported Monday at 5:01 p.m., police said.

Theft: 2 Forest Acres Drive, property taken, 8:51 a.m.

Vandalism: 18 S. Warren St., car damaged, 10:59 a.m.

Disturbance: 467 Washington St., noise reported, 12:54 p.m.

Arrest: Cindy Jusino, 20, 8 Hall St., assault and battery, two counts, disorderly conduct, 367 Washington St., 1 p.m.

Arrest: A 15-year-old Haverhill boy, disorderly conduct, Washington Street, 1 p.m.

Car crash: 284 Winter St., under investigation, 2:54 p.m.

Arrest: Jaime Mimms, 23, 23 Cedar St., assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, 23 Cedar St., 2:57 p.m.

Theft: 10 Primrose St., property taken, 3:15 p.m.

Noise complaint: 14 Elm St., loud music, 3:20 p.m.

Arrest: Paul Juliano, 40, Briarwood Avenue, breaking and entering, larceny, Broadway, 3:35 p.m.

Break: 7 South St., house broken into, 4:22 p.m.

Vandalism: 504 Groveland St., car damaged, 5:21 p.m.

Break: 23 Cedar St., building broken into, 5:36 p.m.

Theft: 25 Shelley Road, car taken, 5:44 p.m.

Disturbance: 109 Bellevue Ave., noise reported, 8:26 p.m.

Noise complaint: 141 S. Pleasant St., fireworks being set off, 9:06 p.m.
