HAVERHILL — Vandals broke windows in four cars parked in the city, police said.
All of the damage was reported to police on Sunday.
The owner of a Mazda 626 called police at 6:50 a.m. to report someone had dented the door of his car and smashed the window while the car was parked in the lot at the Veterans Outreach Center, 10 Reed St.
At 10:48 a.m., a resident of 22 Jackson St. reported the rear driver's side window of his 1990 Toyota Camry had been smashed. He told police the car was parked in front of his house overnight.
The driver's door window of a 2007 Mazda 6 was smashed and CDs valued at $70 were taken. The car had been parked in front of the owner's home on Temple Street. The damage was reported at 11:40 a.m.
At 1:52 p.m., police were sent to 2 Jackson St., where the owner of a 2001 Ford Escort showed them the left rear passenger window was smashed. The owner told police the car had been parked on the street in front of her home during the night.
Police said there are no suspects or witnesses in any of the incidents.
