Police: Vandals use spray-on hair color to paint cars

HAVERHILL — Vandals used temporary spray-on hair color to spray the windows of two cars on South Pleasant Street, police said.

Elizabeth McComiskey, of 73 South Pleasant St., told police she parked her car in front of her home at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and noticed the paint on her car at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday.

She told police two cans, blue and green, were used to spray the car and one of the cans was on the sidewalk and the other was in the trash can in front of 73 South Pleasant St.

A second car, parked at a home at 67 South Pleasant St., was also sprayed, police said.



Car theft: 81 Winter St., 3:34 p.m.

Car crash: 68 S. Main St., under investigation, 3:57 p.m.

Disturbance: 34 Emerson St., 4:59 p.m.

Theft: 20 Bradford Ave., 5:17 p.m.

Burglary: 56 Pilling St., 5:59 p.m.

Loud music: 284 Washington St., 6:19 p.m.

Loud music: 358 Main St., 6:47 p.m.

Arrest: Felicia Bourque, 18, 10 Observatory Ave., assault and battery, 10 Observatory Ave., 7 p.m.

Arrest: Paige Baglieri, 17, 44 Bellevue Ave,, assault and battery on a household member, 7:55 p.m. 44 Bellevue Ave., 7:42 p.m.

Theft: 190 Summer St., 8 p.m.

Loud music: 11 S. Lincoln St., 10:21 p.m.

Disturbance: 29 Dudley St., 10:28 p.m.

Arrest: Melissa Senter, 29, 86 Summer St., assault and battery on a household member, 86 Summer St., 11:25 p.m.
