Due to incorrect information provided by a court employee, a story in yesterday's edition of The Eagle-Tribune incorrectly stated that Marco Rivera failed to appear in court for his arraignment and a warrant might be issued for his arrest. In fact, Rivera did appear in court, and his lawyer met with the prosecutor outside the courtroom to file an appearance and set a trial date.
