PELHAM, N.H. — Police made their third arrest in an ongoing OxyContin crackdown in town.
Krystopher Draper, 18, of Pelham is the latest person charged in the investigation. During a motor vehicle stop Thursday, Draper was charged with possession of OxyContin, a felony, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He also was charged with possession of forgery writings on a warrant. The forgery possession charge, a misdemeanor, involved a stolen check out of Nashua, which Draper cashed at a Citizens Bank last November, police said.
As part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and use of OxyContin in town, Draper was one of the people identified as being involved, police said.
Draper is the third person arrested on drug charges as part of the OxyContin investigation. Several more arrests are expected, police said.
Draper was released on personal recognizance pending an arraignment Aug. 11 in Salem District Court.
