The resident returned home just after 10 a.m. to find a white Toyota Corolla, with duct tape over the license plates, in his driveway, according to Deputy police Chief Kathleen Jones. "Obviously, the carpet wasn't in great shape prior to the accident so it was a needed replacement," Capt. Shawn Patten said. "It's not only for cosmetic reasons. There's been a lot of wear and tear over the years. ...
