Overachiever: Once seventh on the depth chart at Michigan, he beat out a slew of blue-chippers to start two seasons. Just a sixth-round pick, he beat out All-Pro Drew Bledsoe en route to his Hall of Fame career with the Patriots.

Swinging bachelor: He has dated party-girl Tara Reid, has a son (1-year-old Jack) with actress Bridget Moynahan and his current long-time girlfriend is super model Gisele Bundchen.

Smart: He and Peyton Manning are regarded as the brainiest signal-callers in the game. At Michigan, he graduated cum laude.

Going Hollywood: He's hosted Saturday Night Live and been a guest on Family Guy and The Simpsons. He and Gisele spend much of their free time in New York and Europe.

A natural: Some football players are bigger, stronger and faster, but Brady is a world-class athlete. He was drafted in the 18th round as a catcher out of high school and has an 8-handicap on the golf course.
