Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott List Malibu Home

- — Five months after purchasing a new home in Malibu, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are on the move again.

The stars of reality show, "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" have just listed their Malibu home for sale for $2.675 million, something listing agent Madison Hildebrand told the Wall Street Journal that neither of them planned on doing.

"They moved in with every intention of staying," Hildebrand said.

So, why are they moving? Unfortunately, Spelling and McDermott's Point Dume home is on the small side for the soon-to-be family of six. Spelling just announced that she's pregnant with her fourth child, creating the need for a space bigger than what the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath and 2,300-square-foot home offers.

Spelling and McDermott purchased the property in late September 2011 for $2.4 million. According to the listing, they have made over $100,000 in updates to the 1.73-acre property, with emphasis on the exterior grounds. Not only is the home fully gated with mature landscaping, it also has extensive organic gardens, a children's play area, small horse corral and chicken coop.

Built in 1965, the house features oak floors, and an open floor plan with sliding glass doors throughout that open out to the patio and outdoor living areas.

According to Zillow's mortgage calculator, a monthly payment on the home would be $9,930 a month, assuming a 20 percent down payment on a 30-year mortgage.
