---- — The Merrimack Valley Conference indoor track championships are Friday beginning at 2 p.m. at the Reggie Lewis Track.
The meet was cancelled last year but a couple teams are hoping to extend their championship streaks.
The Lowell boys won in 2011 and 2012 and the Andover girls have won three straight and six of the last seven MVC Meets according to area track historian Larry Newman.
