Fast facts: Coach Bob Slater resigned after building the elite program. He went 108-25-1 in seven years and won Division 1 state titles 2009-11. ... Last year’s club slumped late when Alexa Bedell was out with a concussion. ... New coach Mike Boyle is the father of former Londonderry and current Virginia lacrosse player Dana Boyle. He has been involved in the program as a JV coach off and on since 2007 between stints in Iraq and Afghanistan while serving for the National Guard. He now is retired from the service. He played for Brian O’Reilly at Pinkerton. ... Jackie Geisler did not play last year. ... Maeve Holland transferred back to Londonderry from Central where she scored 48 goals last spring.
