Phillips continues to roll, crushes Choate

---- — ANDOVER — Phillips Academy keeps rolling along.

The Big Blue put up 21 points in the first quarter and keep delivering in a 41-7 rout of Choate for their third straight win.

Phillips moved the ball through the air and on the ground. Two quarterbacks combined for 243 passing yards and Ryder Stone led the ground game with 98 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries. Jake Howell had six receptions for 131 yards and two TDs, both thrown by Tom Lane.

Defensively, Mike Delaus of Andover had seven solo tackles, including two sacks, and was in on 13 stops overall while also recovering a fumble. Andover’s Tyler Marshall had two sacks as well and was in on five tackles.
