Week 4 "Beat Burt" contest winners announced

It was another big week for those in the “I Beat Burt” contest not named “Bill Burt.”

The Eagle-Tribune executive sports editor had only eight winners out of the 14 games last weekend as nearly 100 of the 302 entries picked more winners.

Each week a maximum of 10 T-shirts are awarded. The first tiebreaker is always the amount of points the Patriots scored (52).

The second tiebreaker is the amount of correct selection.

The last tiebreaker, which was needed this week, is random draw as there were three entries that had nine winners and chose 38 for the Patriots point total.

Here are the Week 4 winners:

Al Ferruolo of North Andover; Michelle Boucher of Methuen; Bill Gurczak of Newburyport; Paul Falasca of Lynn; Brian Karolow of Bradford; Dennis Piliponis of Methuen; Tony Dilorio of Methuen; Bob Casey of Fremont, N.H.; Lundy Carre of Tewksbury; and Joey McManus of North Andover
