Merrimack's Ngui earns medalist honors

Merrimack women’s golf won the Kutztown Invitational with a two-day total of 640.

Junior Jessica Ngui earned the medalist honors shooting 79-79 (158 overall). Ngui is the first medalist in program history.

Merrimack shot a school record 318 team score on Saturday and then a 322 on Sunday.

Kutztown University came in second place (666 total).

The Warriors recorded the top three two-day totals for individual golfers with Ngui’s 158, Louise McGillivray’s 160 and Ali Reed’s 161.
