Fast fact: Coach Amy Kenneally stepped down after five seasons. She wanted to free up her schedule to be able to watch her three sons’ games. ... Jim Hamilton, an assistant last year, is in his first year as head coach. He was the Brooks boys varsity coach for six years before John McVeigh took over, posting a 49-76 record. ... Shannon Alvino has retuned after an injury ended her season last year.
