Fast facts: Ryan Richards wasn’t hired until a week before the 2012 season. It was only interim but he was later named full-time and was selected Eagle-Tribune Coach of the Year. So little was known about him he was listed as Brian Richardson in previews!

Ryan Richards (2nd year, 10-11): “Mike Nichols is dangerous and he leads our attack. Doug McLaughlin is the leader in the midfield and Nick Regan needs to step up on defense. Patrick Rodden is just outstanding in net. He is the backbone of our team.”
