Tyler Masone only scored five points but they were a big five points for Windham. Masone scored a layup and knocked down a 3-pointer early in the fourth quarter to put the Jaguars ahead by five points.
From there, No. 12-seeded Windham rolled 54-39 victory over No. 5 Oyster River.
Windham outscored Oyster River 26-13 in the fourth on 13-of-15 shooting from the free throw line.
Andrew Lowman netted 27 points for the Jaguars, who play No. 13 seed Coe Brown on Saturday at 7 p.m.

Franks nets 15 in Pelham win
Junior guard Ryan Frank scored 15 points as No. 8-seeded Pelham won 44-36 over ninth-seeded Plymouth in a Division 2 first round boys basketball game.
Joe Slattery chipped in nine points and Jake Vaiknoras added seven points.
Next up for Pelham is top-seeded Pembroke on the road Saturday at 7 p.m.
