HAVERHILL - A gusty headwind which stood up runners all day on the final stretch of the Tony Sapienza Track closed the meet record book quite tightly yesterday at the 31st annual John Ottaviani Invitational.

But the team performances were still very competitive as a formidable Reading club (67 points) held off a very game Central Catholic squad (63 points) to take the team title in the prestigious early-season meet.Read this article in full with a

BOSTON — Doc Rivers was absolutely shocked as he sat in a hotel room with then-assistant Tom Thibodeau during the 2010 playoffs.
So much so he grabbed Thibodeau by the shoulders and yelled, "Are you kidding me?"
