Personal Best will host its “Mental Toughness Training for Peak Performance” course at Pentucket Regional High School on November 14 and 21 deom 6:30-8:30 p.m. The course, presented by veteran coaches Pete Moscariello and Scott Farris, has been nationally acclaimed. The course, which costs $50 for the first family member and $30 for each after, is open to coaches and athletes, grade 8 and older. Jeff Nelson (Utah Jazz scout) and Rick Gorman (Director of BST Academy) will be a running a clinic for boys in grades 9-12 on Nov. 30 through Dec. 1 at Cedardale Health and Fitness from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. The clinic is designed to prepare students for high school tryout. The Merrimack College Athletic Department will host its annual Scout Night Friday, Nov. 22, as part of the men’s ice hockey team’s Hockey East conference game against Northeastern.
