Ripp City will be holding a clinic at Cedardale in Haverhill July 21-25 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Cost is $250 per week or $60 per day. The Methuen Rangers clinic is July 7-11 and 14-18 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Cost is $175 per week. The Elite Clinic will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the weeks of July 7-11 and 14-18 at Methuen for ages 13-18 and costs $90 a month.

UMPIRING CLASS

Merrimack Valley Umpires Association (MVUA), a division of the Massachusetts Baseball Umpires Association (MBUA) will host umpire training classes for men, women and teenagers over 16 on July 10, 17, 24, 31 and August 7, 14. Testing will be on Aug. 21. Classes are at St. Michael School in North Andover, from 6-8 p.m. Candidates who pass the exam will then attend clinics on mechanics and positioning. Fall Sports

Haverhill High will host a fall sports information meeting Monday, June 16 at 6 p.m. All incoming freshmen who are interested in participating in a fall sport should attend with a parent or guardian.

BASKETBALL

Break Down Basketball Camp, directed by Haverhill High coach Mike Trovato, will be held at the Plaistow Community YMCA Aug. 4-8. For more information, contact Clint Clay at 978-374-0506.
