MOYNIHAN NAMED, TOO
It was reported Friday that Casey Fitzgerald of North Reading made the 2014-15 NHL CSS Futures North American list.
Connor Moynihan of Windham also made the list but was not mentioned.
Moynihan plays hockey for the Halifax Mooseheads and is a 6-3, 201-pound left wing.
Fitzgerald, meanwhile, is a 5-10, 174-pound defenseman who attends Malden Catholic and plays for the USA U-17 team.

The North Andover American 12-year-old Little League team — fresh off its seep of Andover American in the best-of-three District 14 finals — will play Wilmington in the Section 4 tournament Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Poulin Field in Tewksbury.
The NA team will play Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at Poulin Field with the top two from the four-team tourney playing in the title game Saturday.
A lengthy feature on Boston Red Sox rookie Brock Holt ran in The Eagle-Tribune yesterday morning. The rookie then went 5 for 6 with a homer and two runs yesterday afternoon. He’s batting .327 with a .371 on-base percentage and .463 slugging percentage at the All-Star Break.
He has batted leadoff in each of the club’s past 49 games beginning May 23 and has reached base in 43 of 50 starts hitting leadoff with a .329 batting average (73 for 222).
LeBron James’ decision to return to Cleveland is one of the best sports stories of the decade. I watch more college basketball than the NBA but when LeBron returns to the Finals with the Cavs (maybe not in ‘15 but he will), I’ll watch every second of it.
