Cincotta releases rap album
North Andover junior Nick Cincotta not only made a lot of noise on wrestling mat this winter, but he his voice and rap music are turning heads as well.
Last week, Cincotta released his first album, “Undefined,” with 10 songs. The talented Cincotta is also a student representative to the North Andover School Committee.
We will be highlighting Cincotta’s career as a musician and his new album in a few weeks.

Merrimack to play at Frozen Fenway
Merrimack College will participate in Frozen Fenway 2014, taking on Providence College on January 4, 2014 in the program’s first-ever game at Fenway Park.
“Even though this has been done before, playing at Fenway is still truly exciting for all involved,” said head coach Mark Dennehy. “Merrimack is proud to be a part of this event.”
Game times and ticket information will be announced in the coming months.
Returning Merrimack College hockey season ticket holders who renew by May 3 will have access to preferred Merrimack seating for Frozen Fenway. Call 978-837-5324 or email email@example.com to reserve tickets. After May 3, preferred tickets will be an option as part of 2013-14 season ticket packages.
This will mark Merrimack’s first outdoor game since 1986 when Merrimack played UConn outdoors at the Huskies’ home rink.
UMass Lowell honors hockey team
The UMass Lowell ice hockey team, fresh off its most successful season as a Division I program, was honored by the University campus and community on Tuesday in the Celebration of Champions at the Tsongas Center lobby.
The ceremony was emceed by Bob Ellis, the 29-year voice of the UMass Lowell hockey team, and speakers included Chancellor Marty Meehan as well as Head Coach Norm Bazin.
Each member of the team received their NCAA Tournament plaques.
