Greater Lawrence’s Manny Rosario saved his best at-bat for last, blasting a three-run homer in the sixth to hit for the cycle on the day. He finished the day with five RBIs, five runs and struck out three in two perfect innings of relief as the Reggies rolled over Lynn Tech 16-0. Javier Franjul fanned six in two innings.

Four for Mitchell

Ian Mitchell won the triple jump, high jump, 400 and 4x400 as Pentucket blitzed Amesbury.

Down to wire

Emma Marchant, Marisa Porter, McKenna Kilian and Paige Wesolowski combined to win the 4x400 and give Pentucket at come-from-behind 73-72 win over Amesbury.

One-hit wonder

Terri Ferrazzani fired a one-hitter with eight strikeouts as North Reading blanked Masconomet 9-0.

Marathon man

In a match that lasted a grueling 2 1/2 hours, Drew Rooks fought for a 5-7, 7-5, 6-2 victory at No. 3 singles to lead Andover to a 4-1 win over Burlington.

Lot to brag about

John Braga was a three-event winner, taking the long jump (25-11.5), high jump (5-10) and 110 hurdles (16.74) to lead North Reading 82-63 over Ipswich.

Clutch clincher

With the meet to be decided on the final match of the day, Alexa Glover took No. 1 singles 6-0, 6-4 to give Central Catholic a 3-2 victory over Notre Dame.

Gold-en Warrior

Jared Goldstein tallied eight blocks and Alec Dean notched nine kills as Andover topped Methuen 25-14, 25-17, 25-20.
