Track

The North Andover Youth Track program for grades 4-8 will run on Sundays and Tuesdays from late April until early June. Meets will be announced as they are scheduled. Signups are starting at: active.com/north-andover-ma/north-andover-youth-track-club-2014.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Lady Panthers AAU tryouts for the fall season are Feb. 9 at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Billerica at 19 Campbell Road. 5th-8th grade: 4 p.m.; 9th–11th grade: 5 p.m. The cost is $20 with an AAU card. Visit neladypanthers.org for more information.

BASEBALL

Haverhill Senior Baseball is accepting applications for the 2014 spring and summer seasons. There will be registration at Papa Gino’s (River Street) on Thursday, Feb. 6 from 5 to 8 p.m. Also, go to haverhillseniorbaseball.com to obtain an application and send it to PO Box 5202, Bradford, Ma 011835. The spring season will run from mid-April until the end of May and the summer season is from early June until early August. There are two divisions — a 13 year old one and a 14/15 year old division. Ripp City Baseball and Softball Academy is holding registration now for its February School Vacation Clinic from Feb. 17-21. The clinic is for both baseball and softball players and goes from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. each day. It’s for age groups 5-12 and 13-18 and is $130 per person. The clinic includes hitting, pitching, throwing, movies, games and prizes. To register, call (978) 373-7466.
