MERRIMACK VALLEY

CONFERENCE I

Team League Overall

Central 2-0 7-1

Andover 1-0 8-0

Lowell 1-1 6-2

Chelmsford 0-2 4-4

Billerica 0-2 2-6

PLAYOFF PICTURE: Central has Billerica and Andover left. Andover has Lowell, Billerica and Central. If both sides take care of business, it becomes the biggest Thanksgiving game this area has seen since Chris Lane piloted Central to victory in the 1989 classic. Which actually was snowed out on Thanksgiving.

CONFERENCE 2

Team League Overall

Tewksbury 3-0 4-4

N. Andover 2-1 3-4

Haverhill 2-1 6-2

Lawrence 1-2 1-7

Dracut 0-2 2-6

Methuen 0-2 2-6

PLAYOFF PICTURE: If it beats Methuen or Dracut, Tewksbury celebrates. All North Andover or Haverhill can do is keep winning and pray for miracles.

Newburypor 2-0 5-3

Winthrop 1-2 2-6

PLAYOFF PICTURE: Those who don’t like the new playoff format will point to this division where three fierce. border rivals, all within 10 miles of each other, stand unbeaten in the league with collisions on the horizon.

Pentucket, Amesbury and Newburyport have to play a round-robin to decide this one.

Ham-Wenham 1-1 5-2

Ipswich 1-1 2-6

Manchester 0-2 1-6

Georgetown 0-2 1-7
