Windham earns two second-place finishes

Windham’s Brandon Dreyfuss took second in the 55 meter dash (6.78) at the Division 2 state meet while his teammate Patrick Fitzgerald took second in the 55 hurdles (8.02).

Other local individuals to place were Pelham’s Sutton Bradbury-Koster who was third in the 55 hurdles (8.09) and Pelham’s Brandon Hannon who finished fifth in the 1,000 (2:41.76).

Windham boys finished seventh as a team. Pelham was 14th.

Tilley takes second

Windham’s Kristen Tilley took second in the 600 (1:41.79) at the Dvision 2 state meet. She was the top local girls finisher.

Three other local females placed: Sanborn’s Emily Richard was fourth in the 1,000 (3:14.75) while Pelham’s Shaylyn Harrington took fifth (3:15.34). Windham’s Kate Farrell took sixth in the 3,000 (11:17.56).

Windham girls took 12th as a team. Sanborn tied for 17th while Pelham tied for 19th.
