3-on-3 hoops tourney draws North Andover crowd Nearly 60 teams from around the region drove the lane during the Merrimack Valley YMCA's 16th annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament.
Two hundred youths braved humid weather and temperatures around 90 degrees to play at the tourney at North Andover Youth Center.
