Teen turns trash into fashion

Corina Cornejo can look into a trash barrel and see a fashion statement. Using discarded newspapers, empty cookie boxes, and old french fry containers, the recent Central Catholic graduate is turning these recyclable materials into haute couture to help others around the world.
