Henry (Enrico) and Mary (Pacheco) Conte of East Hampstead, N.H. were honored for their 50th wedding anniversary by a surprise brunch at the Derry Brookstone Park Grille on March 15 , which was attended by several family members and friends.
The reception was hosted by their children, Rick Conte and his wife Susan, grandchildren, Nicholas, Amy and Eric; Ken Conte and his wife Tina, grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jonathan; and Bill Conte and his wife Lori, grandchildren, Alyssa and Billy.
Looking back on their wonderful life together, Mary and Henry raised their family in Salem, N.H. Mary worked as a secretary for 22 years in the Salem School District and Henry worked as a Superintendent for 23 years with Davidson Construction. Currently, they are both enjoying their retirement and they recently returned from Walt Disney World where they celebrated their golden wedding anniversary.
The couple was married on Easter Sunday, March 29, 1959, at Saint Peter and Paul's Roman Catholic Church in Lawrence.
