NORTH ANDOVER — M. Ruth (Keating) Bingham, 90, a lifelong resident of North Andover, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2010 at the Prescott House in North Andover.
Ruth was born in North Andover to the late Arthur and Esther (O'Brien) Keating. She attended Johnson High School and graduated with her class in 1937.
Ruth was a longtime member of the Hibernians and a member of the Holy Family Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening and loved animals, especially dogs and was always willing to travel, especially to Ireland.
Ruth was the beloved wife of the late Bernard "Barney" Bingham and is survived by her several nieces and nephews. Ruth was predeceased by her siblings, Arthur, Jr., Neil, Connie, Phyllis and Margaret.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend her funeral Mass on Friday, March 19, at 11 a.m. at St. Michael Church, North Andover. Interment will follow in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, North Andover. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. in The Conte Funeral Home, 17 Third St., North Andover.
