LAWRENCE -- The "lower part of a human body" was found Friday by workers at the hydroelectric plant near the Falls Bridge, according to District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett's office.
"At this time, foul play is not suspected," said Carrie Kimball, Blodgett's spokesperson.
The remains were found by workers performing routine maintenance, she said.
Troopers assigned to Blodgett's office are investigating.
