SALEM — Get breakfast Sunday at Knights of Columbus Hall and support a good cause in the process.

The Knights have teamed with Salem Kiwanis as corporate sponsors in support of the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life, June 1 and 20 at Salem High School.

The Knights and Kiwanis will serve a full breakfast at the hall, 37 Main St., Sunday from 8 to 11 a.m.

All proceeds will go directly to the relay event. The cost is $5 per person.

Breakfast fundraisers also will be held April 11, May 2, and May 23 at the same time and the same place.

Derry police seek tips in burglary last month

DERRY — The Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred between Feb. 16 and 17 at a 55-plus community under construction on Fordway Street, where a number of brass plumbing fixtures were stolen.

The suspects gained entry by removing the glass from a rear window frame. Witnesses reported a white 2008 or 2009 full-size Dodge pickup truck with roof racks that extended to the rear of the truck bed traveling through the parking lot.
