SALEM, N.H. — The Salem Kmart is set to close, according to a press release from its parent company Transformco, which also owns Sears.

The Salem store is one of 96 across the country and four in New Hampshire slated to be shuttered. The Hooksett Kmart and the Sears in Nashua and Concord are also closing. 

A going out of business sale is set to begin on Dec. 2, according to the company.

Transformco will continue operating 182 of its stores around the country,
