Members of the North Andover/Lawrence Exchange Club worked Saturday morning to prepare the “Field of Honor” at North Andover’s town common. The men were thrilled to get help from about 10 members of the Central Catholic High School hockey team who volunteered to assist with setting up more than 150 flags.

Flags will fly through the end of the week. Those wishing to honor a service member, veteran or community volunteer may do so by buying one of the 3 by 5 foot banners.

The club is planning a dedication ceremony at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 15. Flags will be distributed to those who purchased them the following day.
