MANCHESTER, N.H. — The New Hampshire Fisher Cats blanked the Harrisburg Senators 4-0 last night in front of 6,850 at Stadium. Brad Mills, Seth Overbey and Jason Burch combined on a six-hit shutout to lead New Hampshire.

Mills (2-1) picked up the win, allowing four hits and striking out nine batters over seven innings. Overbey struck out three in the scoreless eighth inning and Burch struck out two in the ninth.

Lowell 5, Williamsport 2

Right fielder Mitch Dening had a huge night to lead the Lowell Spinners in a 5-2 win over the Williamsport Crosscutters in front of 2,031 at Historic Bowman Field.

Dening went 3 for 3 with two runs, a double and two walks. Starter Yeiper Castillo improved to 3-3 on the season, working five innings, allowing two hits, no runs and striking out four. Left fielder Luis Sumoza also came up big, going 3 for 4 with an RBI.

New Jersey 7, Nashua 3

NASHUA, N.H. — The Nashua Pride's losing streak is now at six after falling to the New Jersey Jackals, 7-3, at Historic Holman Stadium.

Newly signed Edgard Clemente drove in both Nashua runs with a two-run double. The Pride host the Jackals today at 7:05 p.m. Hideki Nagasaka will start for Nashua.
